Meetings
The British Columbia Lapidary Society meets three times each year: two General Meetings (Spring and Fall) and one Annual General Meeting (AGM). Most General Meetings are held online via Zoom, while the AGM takes place in person at our annual Rendezvous, hosted in different regions of the province.
BCLS meetings are meetings of the Member Clubs. Each charter club appoints one delegate, and only appointed delegates vote on society business. Individual members of charter clubs are welcome to attend. Written reports are to be submitted in advance to allow for proper review and discussion at the meeting. Please email your reports to the Executive Secretary at executive.secretary@bclapidary.com.
